For fourteen years, we have been cooking the kind of Cajun food that brings people back week after week. What started as a passion for bold seasoning and good company grew into a family-owned and operated Cajun seafood restaurant right here on Old Spanish Trail in Houston. We run a full Cajun kitchen out of our storefront, and we also take the show on the road with our Cajun food truck, so you might catch us cooking away from the building on any given day.
